About the Academy

The Youth Leadership Academy is a transformative program designed to equip young Kenyans with the skills, knowledge, and networks needed to become effective leaders in their communities and the nation.

Through a combination of theoretical learning, practical exercises, mentorship, and real-world projects, participants develop the competencies required for ethical leadership, public service, and positive social change.

Personal Leadership Development

This foundational module focuses on self-awareness, emotional intelligence, values clarification, and personal leadership style development.

Public Governance & Policy

This module provides comprehensive understanding of Kenya's governance structure, policy processes, and public administration.

Strategic Communication & Advocacy
